1.- Download the DROPBOX client in your pc, you may use this link to download the Dropbox client https://www.dropbox.com/install

2.- Install the Dropbox Client. In order to to that locate the installer, double click on it and follow the instructions

3.- Sign in in Dropbox or create an account

4.-Once you finish the Dropbox client should create a  Dropbox folder in your pc. MicroBiz will need the path for that folder. You can copy the path for that folder with just RIGHT CLICK ON THIS FOLDER and then select COPY AS PATH

5.- Go to MicroBiz and the open MAIN MENU | MANAGEMENT | CUSTOM SYSTEM SETTINGS | TRANSACTION SETTINGS and select the MISC tab

6.- Enable the checkbox "Sync Shopify QTY with MicroBiz QTY" and then paste the Drobox folder path using CTRL+V or use the Browse button to locate the folder.

7.- Then click in TEST and you must see a message like this

Also, please choose how frequent MicroBiz will make this push to Dropbox, in my example I am using 60 mins

8.- Then go to your Dropbox folder and locate the file products_export.csv, right click on it and select COPY DROPBOX LINK

9.- Now, let's open Shopify and install the app from the Shopify Store: syncX: Stock Sync

NOTE: THIS APP REQUIRE A PAID SUBSCRIPTION

10. Click in CREATE NEW FEED

11.- Select UPDATE" existing products in store

12.- Select DROPBOX via the shared link

13.- Paste your link and select the file format CSV and then click in TEST CONNECTION. If everything is OK you must receive the message "CONNECTION SUCCESSFUL". Then click in NEXT

14.- Now, the search store field must be SKU (Variant's SKU)

and QTY must be Quantity like the picture

15.- Here just select the filter like the picture and click in NEXT

16.- Then select your AUTO PUBLISH options here... and at this point your feed must ready 

17.- The last and final step here might be Set automation:

in my example I selected to update inventory Daily at 01:00AM
