This error message is caused from a corrupt index file when not closing out of MicroBiz properly. To fix this error message you will need to follow these simple steps.

  1. Close MicroBiz on the workstation that is getting the error message.
  2. Open My Computer and browse to C:\Bizwin.
  3. There should be two files called iipinvz in the bizwin folder. We need to delete the one that ends in .cdx or it will only be named iipinvz.

Once the file is deleted then you can go back into MicroBiz and try pulling up the IIP screen.
