If X-Charge is not working on your system you will need to try several options to get it going again.
- Locate the X-Charge Server computer. This can be done by opening X-Charge and clicking on File. If you have X-CHARGE SERVER as an option then this computer is setup as an X-Charge Server.
- Once the Server is found try doing a Settlement Review in X-Charge. If this goes through then X-Charge is actually working just fine. This could indicate a problem with the integration options. If the Settlement review times out then it may be a problem with your connection to the processor. If you are using the High Speed Access line then you may want to verify you still have internet connection. If not then this may be your problem.
- Sometimes restarting the computer will fix the problem as well. This is one option that is always okay to try as you are not changing any settings to troubleshoot the issue. Once your computer boots back up try your settlement review again.

X-Charge support is open Monday - Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 7:30am - 6:00pm PST. Sunday is for Emergency support only and may be reached during the same hours of Saturday however it is a voicemail support only. This means that you call and leave a message and the technician will call you back. Be sure to leave your Company Name, Contact Name, and Phone Number Clearly and Slowly.
