You will need to make sure it can print in Windows prior to getting anything to print in MicroBiz®. Also, there are printers that don't work well with the MicroBiz® program. What this means is that if you don't have a supported printer then we cannot guarantee the printer will print anything from within MicroBiz®, as it has not passed our tests which make it a supported device.
To print a Windows Test Page:
- Click on START | SETTINGS | CONTROL PANEL - PRINTERS or PRINTERS and FAXES
- Right-Click the Printer you are having trouble with
- Go to Properties
- Click on PRINT TEST PAGE in the bottom right
If nothing prints out then it may be your Windows Print Driver or the Hardware.
