You will need to make sure it can print in Windows prior to getting anything to print in MicroBiz®. Also, there are printers that don't work well with the MicroBiz® program. What this means is that if you don't have a supported printer then we cannot guarantee the printer will print anything from within MicroBiz®, as it has not passed our tests which make it a supported device.

To print a Windows Test Page:

  1. Click on START | SETTINGS | CONTROL PANEL - PRINTERS or PRINTERS and FAXES
  2.  Right-Click the Printer you are having trouble with
  3.  Go to Properties
  4.  Click on PRINT TEST PAGE in the bottom right

If nothing prints out then it may be your Windows Print Driver or the Hardware.
